Peasant Income Stagnation and Rural Economy Development: Study Based on the Data Investigation in Liaoning Province

摘要：

This study through investigating the data in the past 15 years of 12 villages ,1200 household in Liaoning province,analyses the factors that affect the peasants per capita net income,and find out that the dual structure of the city and rural area result in the low increasing of peasants per capita net income.The development of the old industry and the interactive between city and country is the key factor to increase the peasants per capita net income.
