Technological Resources Shortage Affecting Rural Farmers Competition

摘要：

This paper is based on the realities of the low contribution rate of technological progress in agriculture and the maladjustment between the technological demands of our farmers and technological generalization of the government and technologists,namely,the shortage of agricultural technology in supply and demand.The paper focuses on factors affecting the farmers technological selection from the angle of demand,mainly analyzing them from per capita income,land endowments,and farmers own education,age,and sex.,and draw a conclusion.This will be of some help for the government policy-makers to enact technology law,the scientific research to choose research topics and agricultural technologists to promote science and technology.Accordingly to speed progress of the agricultural technology.
