Construction of Harmonious Library Service System

摘要：

It is the part of construction of harmonious society to strengthen the construction of harmonious library vigorously. This paper discusses the construction of harmonious library from four aspects: the harmonious management of library, the construction of employees team, the effective allocation of resources and the construction of hardware environment.
