Factors of affecting scaling and corrosion using the wastewater from iron ＆steel works as circulating cooling water

摘要：

The reuse of pre-treated wastewater from iron&steel works as make-up water for circulating cooling system can not only reduce the pollution of surface water environment.but also alleviate the situation of water resources shortage.The factors exerting a great influence on scaling and corrosion in this circulating cooling water system were studied,especially pH,CODcr,hardness,alkalinity,chloride,sulfate and tempcrature.The quantitative relationship between these factors and scale deposition and corrosion was also opened out,which established the theory basis of the reuse of wastewater from iron＆steel works and water quality stabilization.
