Evaluation System Study on Management Performance of Provincial Science & Technical Planning Project

摘要：

The need for science and technology is rising with the development of market economy.Peoples consciousness of science & technical gradually increase.The government is paying more and more attention to the science & technical work,in the science & technical management,science & technical managements objective;equity is increasingly on the map.Based on the comment of the popular comprehensive evaluation method,this paper put the virtual variables like research and development ability,manpower reserve,produce ability together,derives Multivariate Linear Models to mark and judge by using the principle of econometrics and statistics,and forms a proposal about how to use it in the practice.
