On Index System to Evaluating Enterprise Performance based on Supply Chain Management

摘要：

On the base of analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation methods,this paperbuilt the evaluation-index system of enterprises performance based on supply chain management.In order to be ableto objectively and scientifically evaluate enterprises performance,the paper set up entropy appraisal model whichwas an objective empower approach,then utilized it to evaluate the performance of five listed electronic enterprises,according to the evaluation results,the paper gave stronger guidance conclusions.
