Application of Improved Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in Manufacturing BPR Appraisal System
This paper establishes a multi-level index system of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) performance,which considers time,quality,cost,productivity,study and innovation ability,management level,market and so on.It uses the fuzzy comprehensive to analysis the indexes,considers the weight of index classes from the entropy power,and establishes the evaluation model.The paper,which combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and improved entropy power,avoids subjective weight,and uses the index communication among the evaluated objects in evaluating the weight,so it mends the shortage of traditional evaluation method.At last an example is used to verify the rationality.This model may better reduce the risk of BPR,and provide help for the reengineering.
