Researching on Performance Evaluation of the Organizational Changes
The dynamic nature of the organization decide to make performance evaluation of changes inthe organization and adapt to the rapid changes in the market environment.This paper discusses theprinciple of indicators selected of performance evaluation of the organizational change,indicatorsevaluation system,and put the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation of qualitativeindicators.
