The Prevention of the Adverse Selection in Supply Chain based on Principal-agent Theory

摘要：

The reason of the adverse selection has been discussed in this paper firstly.And based on a review of the research on the prevention of adverse selection in supply chain,the author attempts to build a systematic prevention model for this problem.As a result of this attempt,the third party which plays an important role in principal-agent framework is brought forward to improve the model.The adverse selection in supply chain can be prevented from the principal,the agent and the third party.Furthermore,the concrete measures from different perspectives are also suggested in this paper.
