Risk Analysis on Human Resource Management

Human resource risk includes two aspects things: one is the staff risk;the other is human resource management risk.In human resource management,because of the unreliability from management organization,planning,institute,administrators,staffs abilities and characters cannot be distinguished so that wrong decision-makings were made,eventually resulting in loss to enterprise in future possibly.In the paper,the process of human resource management is regarded as a system,and the human resource management risk can be confirmed by analyzing the reliability of system.Moreover,strategies to reduce the risk are proposed,which are aimed to enhance the reliability of human resource management and decline the loss of enterprise.
