摘要：

The human capital pricing is a hot spot and the difficult question at present in human capital fundamental research domain.This article refers to widespread research foundation in the domestic and foreign related achievement,in view of human capital characteristic,based on the dynamic analytic hierarchy method,analysis the meaning and characteristic of human capital and human capital pricing constitute.According to the above research,proposed the enterprise human capital pricing new pattern.
