A Diagnosis of HRM in Z Property Management Company
In this article,we first hypothesized that the hrm problems encountered by the property management industry will have some negative effects on workers psychological status.Then we examined Z companys hrm as a whole,focusing on employees sense of commitment in work relations.After surveying a sample of 96 employees,we analyzed the data and explained the findings of this empirical study.Finally,we concluded with a discussion of policy implications of the findings.
