Company Employment Contract Management - Enhanced Research on its Degree of Coupling
The human resources management faces the challenge has caused the people to discuss the contract management value.The contract management might be subdivided into the economic contract and the psychological contract,the employment has the different demand on the different stage to create the change which requested to the company.Variable weight theory indicates that the company needs to design own contract according to the environment and company must meet employments demand.Therefore,theoretically discussing the degree of coupling of employments economic contract and psychological contract under the static state and the dynamic condition exist is necessary,and we will further study the question,how to demonstrate the weight through the coupling factor.
