A Research on the Operators Career Adaptability in Power Industry

摘要：

To ensure operating safety in Power industry,the analysis is made on operators psychological and physiological diathesis according to his or her working characteristics and position requirement.It is suggested that a qualified operator must have some essential physiological and psychological diatheses.265 power-transforming operators are selected for the test,and through different kinds of statistical analysis,the conclusions of final testing result are given in the thesis.
