Study on the Employees Career Planning in Thermo-Power Plant

The Employees Career Planning is an important motivating strategy in Human Resources Management (HRM).The paper firstly points out the importance and significance of employees career planning,as well as the problems that Thermo-Power Plant faced when doing employees career planning.Secondly,it describes the necessity of career planning in Thermo-Power Plant.In the end,the author puts forward some suggestions and solutions appropriately.
