Inspiration and Tactics on Capitalized Human Resources Management in GMS Enterprises
Compare with developed countries,the human resource management and development started lately in China and GMS countries.So no matter in theory or in practice,it has much deficiency.As the most important and complex work in enterprise,the importance of human resource management and development has been realized gradually.Human resource development is one of priority sectors under GMS Economic Cooperation.Accordingly,Greater Mekong Sub region Working Group on Human Resource Development (WGHRD) was built to do this work specially,and has held seven meetings till now,but there are still some problems such as the confusion of development and the management of human resource.This paper analyzed the new train of thought of manpower capital management according to these common problems in enterprise,and then put forward the countermeasure of the human resource capitalized management of enterprise and some inspirations for GMS enterprises.
