Study on Risk Analysis and Control in Employee Recruitment
Risk of employee recruitment exists in the process of human resource management.The paper analyzes the risk factors in employee recruitment from the following four aspects including return risk of recruitment cost owing to asymmetric information,selecting risk of recruitment channels^ evaluating risk of talent determinant and rapidity risk of recruitment responding.The reasons for recruitment risk are then analyzed.The recruitment risk is eventually studied from the point of system analysis,and the effective way to keep the recruitment risk under control is obtained to provide suggestions and proposals for corporations understanding and analyzing recruitment risk and risk control.
