Management of Talents Level Structure in Logistics based on Markov Chain

摘要：

In order to maintain a sustained,rapid and sound development,logistics enterprises must maintain the talents level structure relative stability.In this paper,a model based on Markov Chain is proposed for logistics enterprises to carry on talents level structure management.The model focuses on describing the change of talents level structure,forecasting future talents level structure,and seeking for strategies in order to achieve some ideal talents level structure and realize dynamic adjustment.At the same time,some academic conclusions are drawn to improve talents level structure management.
