摘要：

With the vertical development of vocational and technical college education,many different kinds of problems,which largely affect its education,become obvious in internal management.The people and their behaviors are the core of vocational and technical college management,in which the urgent and important tasks are strengthening human resources management setting up the senses of humanism,improving the ability to manage and decide,establishing scientific mechanismt creating cultural environment.
