On Employees Work Pressure in Modern China Enterprises and Enhanced Management Issue
Pressure in itself is the reaction of individual anxiety because of the interaction between environmental request and the individual characteristic.The pressure which occurs at the working place is called pressure of work.Appropriate amount of pressure may actuate the employees to devote themselves to more and attain better performance in the work.However,too much pressure will damage the employees health and make the employs performance worse.Therefore,the management of employees pressure has already become a new theme in human resource management.Beginning with the influence of employees pressure on the employees themselves,this thesis has analyzed the major factors that lead to pressure and brought forward the administration countermeasures on pressure of work from the two aspects—the employee and the organization.
