Applying TQM Principles to Guide the Cultivation of Management Personnel in University
With the guidance of Total Quality Management (TQM),this project aims to study the means of establishing the mode of training management students in higher education sector.On the basis of customer-oriented principle,this project integrates the demands of market and customers with TQM organically,and applies the method of questionnaire.After the research and analysis of interior and exterior customers,this project points out that the characteristic of labor markets demand is to emphasize the comprehensive ability and social adaptability.Meanwhile,this project also observes that the students put forward advanced requirement to the development of their own ability.As a result,this project emphasizes that customer-orientation should be the guidance of student training to higher education sector and the academic staff;and the training mode should be instituted in accordance with the change of market and students demand.
