Measurement of Person-Post Matching Degree and its Application in Human Resources Management
Based on the difference in static and dynamic of person-post matching,as well as the three types of indexes describing the standards of the position,which are standard value,interval value and critical value,this paper studies mathematic methods to measure the matching degree between person and position.Moreover,according to the characteristics of the critical index,the paper brings forward the concept and measuring methods of person-post sectional matching.And the paper also studies the application significance of the measuring methods in the human resources management of the organizations.
