摘要：

Staffs play key roles in enterprise strategy implementation.It is very important in order to the survival and development of enterprises to play their potential fully.The key to play the potential of staffs is to maintain corporate strategy compatible with individual goals in a certain period.It will decrease personal cost and enterprise cost to develop a mutually beneficial relationship between the corporate and staffs.As a result,it contributes to the realization of enterprise strategic goals.
