Reformation of HRM Practice Reshaping State Owned Enterprises in China
Firstly,in this article we develop a theoretical framework containing research variables.Secondly,according to the research framework,we make an exploratory study on the relationship among these research variables,and suggest some valuable propositions.By virtue of these propositions,we explains how decreasing government interference and market competition affect human resource management (HRM) practices,and how HRM practices affect the performance of the Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs).
