Strategy of China Enterprises in Global Merger and Acquisition Movement
At present,the logistics industry to develop and prosper,the location of Logistics Distribution Center is a key problem in establishing a logistics system.In this paper,based on the characteristics and requirements in the selection of the location,a mathematical model applied to the location selection was established on the basis of lowest transportation cost.Genetic algorithm was then used to solve the model,according to the basic idea of genetic algorithms,the optimal solution of the model was obtained by selecting the encode method and genetic operator correctly,verifying the correctness of the model,the model in the practical application of achieving better results.
