Game Analysis on Risks of Virtual Human Resource Management
The emergence of virtual organizations and the development of information technology lead to the advent of virtual human resource management.Under the indefinitely virtual environment,more and more enterprises attach importance to their risk appraisal of human resource management.How to effectively guard against risks of human resource management under the virtual environment becomes one of the most important supervisory work.This article applies the game theory to study risks of virtual human resource management by analyzing the process of virtual human resource management.It comes to conclusion that the risks mainly comes from two aspects: the degree of market integrity and the operation level of cross-boundary employees.Finally the article proposes the tactics of how to avoid risks of virtual human resource management.
