Innovations Support: Job Design,Recruitment & Job-leaving

Innovation is to introduce new elements or to combine new elements with old ones in industrial organizations,its the must for enterprise to gain & keep competitive advantage.Enterprises innovative behavior can be supported by HRM.Innovation-oriented HRM can induce or introduce innovation.Job design should reflect staffs personal will & value.To manage intellectual talents,enterprise should encourage them to innovate,construct harmonious & mutually respectful work environment,and make it safe & comfortable.Mechanisms of participating management,Personnel flowing,Team work,Elastic work and reengineering should be considered when designing posts.Recruitment as entrance & job-leaving as exit can both be starter of innovation.Letter of post competing could be merger of staff & enterprise.Inner selection should brainstorm personnels thoughts while outer selection is more revolutionary and enterprise shouldnt let go the good chance.Routine-bounded recruitment is actually wasting good opportunities of thought transition.Leaving workers are enterprises knowledge resource should be valued.Investigation & stimulation on them should be made and considered.Constitution of HR strategy should be guided by enterprises total development strategy and oriented by goals of its vision plan.
