Research on the Growth of Technical Capability of Chinese System Integration Enterprises
The growth of system integration enterprises technical capability has great influence on the technical development of entire modularized industry.First,this article explained the principle of industry modularization,defined and illuminated the hierarchy structure and mechanism of industrial organization and technology system in modularized industry.Then we proposed the concept of key module,and pointed out that key module is fundamental to a modular systems existence and development.Through analyzing the characteristics of the organization structure and technology system of modularized industry,we put forward an analysis framework about the growth of technical capability of system integration enterprises.Afterwards,we selected the typical modularized industries in China — the communication equipment manufacturing,analyzed its growth of technical capability under different cultivation patterns independently.Finally,we summarized the growth ways,growth contents,growth drivers and growth mode of technical capability of Chinese system integration enterprises.
