Limit Strategy and Implementation - A New Concept to Grow Company in Sustain
A new management model—limit strategy,which is different from the existing four basic competitive strategies,is proposed in this paper.From two aspects—theoretical analysis and practice,we demonstrate this strategy is rationality,we also demonstrate it is universally adapted to the enterprises whose technologies are in the stable stage,or the enterprises which produce standard productions.Combining with the practical experience of successful enterprises,how to implement this strategy is given in the last.
