The Analysis on Formation Mechanism and Cultivation Methods of Corporation Core Competence

摘要：

With gradual acuteness of market competition corporation must possess continuous competition advantage if it wants to gain a foothold,but continuous competition advantage stems from corporation core competence.Corporation core competence is the essential source of power for corporation to win long-term competition.The paper begins with the conception and characteristics of corporation core competence and analyzes the formation mechanism of corporation core competence,and finally provides some references and proposals on the cultivation of corporation core competence for the cultivation of core competence.
