The Research on the Determinants of the Enterprises Reversal FDI in Zhejiang of China
The reversal FDI to the developed nations has important strategic meaning to the internationalization of enterprises in China,disclosing the determinants of the reversal FDI will be advantageous for enterprises to develop the reversal FDI strategy.In this paper,through questionnaire investigation and factor sorting analysis with the SPSS statistics software,the three main factors in determining reversal FDI of Zhejiang enterprises are found,which are the mature market attraction factor from a developed host country,the basic attraction factor and the enterprises own factor.Sub-factors with higher score include the acquiring market in a developed host country,the advanced management and technique,the enterprises own strength,supplier and consumer in a developed host country,competitor,etc.It is also found that the joint-stock enterprises in Zhejiang use the reversal FDI as a result of enterprises expansion,while private enterprises in Zhejiang incline to make use of reversal FDI actively as the tool to promote the scale and technological level of the enterprises in future.
