Research on Corporate Annuity System in the View of Corporate Social Responsibility

摘要：

The tendency of the mass requiring enterprises to be socially responsible is gaining momentum,so it enables enterprises to shift their strategy aim of seeking maximum profits traditionally to the responsibility of earning reasonable profits and providing good quality of life for the society.And establishment of corporate annuity system importantly shows that enterprise is socially responsible for staff.This paper introduces viewpoint of corporate social responsibility established by corporate annuity system based on theory of corporate social responsibility.
