Research on the Mechanism of Formation and Execution of the Psychological Contract between Organizations and Employees

Currently,there is little research on the mechanism of formation and execution of the psychological contract.This paper intends to modify previous definition of the psychological contract by applying contract theories and the logic method of category + differentia in noetic science,which is based on the basic assumption that there are two subjects in the psychological contract.And then,it builds a process model of two-way formation of the psychological contract.Furthermore,by utilizing relevant theories,including management psychology,Game theory and modern contract economics,this paper studies the interactive mechanism of establishing,maintaining and executing the psychological contract between two interrelated subjects,and discusses the reason for breaking and violating the psychological contract,and their corresponding action responses.
