The Governance Model Research of China Family Firm
Many scholars analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Family Firm governance models based on a special view when they study its features and evolution direction.However,few of them study the various factors that influence the governance Model of Family Firm in a unite framework,so some of the conclusions are not very appropriate.This article tries to explore two kinds of factors that influence the process of selecting governance model by using the Equilibrium Theory,and consider neither the professional governance model nor the eclectic governance model can be an appropriate solution when the Family Firm faces the changes of factors and its combination.There might be a special governance model which matches to a special.So there probably are many multi-equilibrium and multi-evolutionary paths among the governance models of Family Firm based on different combinations of environmental factors,and the Family Firm should tactfully select an appropriative governance model and evolutionary path.
