On Relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organization Performance
In this article,we conducted an empirical study to explore relationship on the effects ofjustice during performance management and the OCB in china.Employees of enterprises in south chinawere assessed by Chinese OCB scale and justice of performance management scale.The results showedthat justice during performance management was positively related to OCB of employees.Organizational commitment mediated between justice during performance management and OCB ofemployees.
