Regional Innovation Capacity should Diversify Industry Structures under Limited Resources Environment

摘要：

The bottleneck of regional economic development is the conflict between the finiteness of natural resources and the infiniteness of economic development.By analyzing natural resources forcing the promotion of regional innovation capability and innovation capability choosing industrial regularities ,this essay brought forward that natural resource forcing regional innovation capability to choose industrial mechanism could guide region to allocate innovation resource and promote the development of leading industries.
