Study on the Research Joint Ventures Model and Policy Options of Niche Integration of Enterprise Cluster

摘要：

The niche integration of enterprise cluster should be integrated between the cluster enterprises through the mutually beneficial cooperation and resource integration,and to achieve real niche expansion and renewal of achieving Pareto improvement.From the view of niche integration of enterprise cluster,we study on RJVs model,and policy options including strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,encouraging multiple corporation,optimizing the investment environment,and innovating lean R&D policy model.
