Science and Technology Innovation in Industrialized Countries System and Practice Survey

摘要：

By researching on the field of science and technology with the difference innovation system of industrialized countries,this paper has discussed that the problems on innovation practice during Chinas economic transformation of which the process of taking innovation for industry development.Clarified that industrialized countries how to definite the resources,science and technology,and also their productivity in order to upgrade the structure of industry development.Put forward the basic thought and routes of which based on the national conditions and by referencing the innovative experiences of industrialized countries to construct an innovation system in China.
