Strengthen Management Transformation,Sharpens the Capacity of Autonomous Innovation in Our Enterprises

Innovation is one of the basic functions for enterprise management and the basis and driving force for enterprise survival and development.Since the autonomous innovation is inseparable from management transformation,the enterprise should choose its strategy for autonomous innovation on the ground of the practical management level.In the process,our entrepreneurs should take the scientific concept of development as the instruction,strengthen management transformation in the several following aspects as thought,technical,organization,policy guidance and so on,and sharpen the capacity of autonomous innovation in our enterprise.
