Gives the significance of study on enterprise sustainable innovation under dynamic and complex environment,through literature search,the paper reviews connotation and characteristics of sustainable innovation,several different visual angles of sustainable innovation study and the constitution systems of sustainable innovation capability.Discuss the existent problems and developing trends of study on sustainable innovation theory as well.
