The Impact of Enterprises Internal Control Modes on the Technological Innovation Choice

摘要：

Based on a perspective of enterprises internal control mechanisms,this paper proposes a conceptual model that the impact of enterprises internal control modes on the technological innovation choice.On analyzing the effective sample data from 463 Chinese enterprises of different industries in more than 10 provinces,we have confirmed the theoretical model.The results indicate that strategic control is helpful for critical innovation but not helpful for incremental one,financial control is not helpful for critical innovation but helpful for incremental one.
