Study on Firms Innovative Talent Management -Based on ITMMM

摘要：

Effective innovative talent management is the key factor for promoting enterprises innovation.In this paper,applying capability maturity model(CMM) theory,we introduced CMM thinkng into organizational innovative talent management.Established innovative talent management maturity model(ITMMM) and described and analyzed its framework and work mechanism.
