Assessment of Innovation Performance on Science and Technology in Liaoning Province

摘要：

The scientific evaluation on science and technology innovation performance of Liaoning Province promotes the readjustment of the industrial structure,accelerates the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and strengthens the technological innovation positively.In the paper,we comprehensively evaluate the input and output parameters of science and technology innovation from 10 coastal provinces and cities in China by DEA method,and on the basis of it we can analyze the performance of science and technology innovation of Liaoning Province specifically.
