Study on Terminator Community of Management Innovation

摘要：

Person has been considered fundamental motivity of ending malapropos institutions as well as realizing management innovation.This paper introduces a definition of institution terminator from the angle of institution innovation,and analyzes their basic characters.Flows of terminating institution are designed and functions of institution terminator during the period of ending malapropos institution are produced.Finally three aspects propelling growth of terminator community are pointed out: cultivating innovation consciousness;improving ability of institution innovation;constructing advantageous circumstance of institution innovation.
