Creating Appropriate Environment for National Innovation System in China

摘要：

National innovation systems are formed by the collective and individual contributions of different institutes to the development and spread of new technologies.The innovation environment is important for network relationship in a region.Public policies play different roles in improving the input to national innovation systems,such as establishing and maintaining a favorable innovation environment.China should continuously strengthen sense of innovation,improve innovation mechanism,foster innovative talents,and take a road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics.
