Strategy Management of Technological Innovation Investment Based on Real Options

摘要：

Due to the uncertainty and complexity inherent in technological innovation investment,traditional valuation methods can not balance the uncertainty and reward effectively.In the paper,ROA method was introduced to the strategy management of technological innovation.The future strategic investment opportunities from technological innovation investment were considered,and the investment decision framework for technological innovation was researched.
