Adequate Organization Alliance Expanding Innovation Value Chain

摘要：

Innovation alliance is a strategic form of organization to improve the independent innovative capacity of enterprise,region and country.This paper designs the innovation value chain on the basis of analyzing and summing up the relative research,combining with the consistency between innovation value chain and the meaning of innovation;then puts forward that the relative mechanisms should be built and perfected by further analyzing the possible disjuncture such as disjuncture of project;disjuncture of research motivation;disjuncture between technical professionals,capitalist and marketing man;disjunction of funding and the disjunction of innovation production into marketplace in the process of innovation value chain operation.
