The Complexity of Evolutional Process on Technological Innovation
Life is complicated.There are intricate phenomena as convergence,stasis,evolutionary drift,emergence,extinction,punctuated equilibrium,niche,co-evolution,unpredictability,etc in evolutional process of biology.Do such phenomena exist in the evolutional process of technological innovation? Starting from analyzing the systematic mechanisms of technological innovation,this paper has expounded not only the long-term characteristics in the evolution of technological innovation as heredity,variation,stasis,chaos,emergence,path dependency,punctuated equilibrium,and genetic drifts but also the rules and causes behind these phenomena.
