The Conceiving of the Destroying Organization Based on the Successful Paradox

摘要：

The paper begun with the successful paradox,then illustrated the reason why the success became trap of the enterprises development.To jump off the paradox,the paper put forth feasible choice to construct the destroying organization.Based on above,the paper brought forth the enterprise value curve,and then analyzed the philosophy idea of the destroying organization.Whats more,the paper compared the destroying organization with the learning organization and indicated the difference and the relation between them.At last,the paper put forth destroying strategy,the content and the approaches.
