Study on the Types,Problems and Strategies of the Scientific Research Organizations in Higher Education Institution

摘要：

The institutional research organizations are the root-level research units of the university.Because of the effect of historical tradition,subject development and technology ,many non-institutional research organizations are becoming the bodies of the university research organizations,relatively the importance of the institutional research organizations are losing their leading position.How to reconstruct the institutional research organizations and how to folly use the non-institutional research organizations functions are the key question in the course of the university development.The paper probes the research organizations types and characteristics,and puts forward some advice for the universitys research organizations in order to promote the universitys research development.
